Shipping policy

At this time, Stardust Beauty ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Canada, through Fedex services :

• For United States :

Standard shipping (8$, free shipping for orders of 50$ and more) : 3 to 5 days, except for Hawaï et Alaska states (5 to 7 days).

• For Canada

Standard shipping (35$) : 5 to 7 days.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return and refund policy

We offer a 10-days return policy from the date you receive your products.
We would gladly exchange your products or credit/refund your order less shipping charges as long as the product is not used or opened and sealed in its original package or box.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (including the shipping charges of returning the products to us) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.
